Bishop David O'Connell's Pastoral Letter (pdf)
As the pandemic passes the one-year mark and continues to stretch into 2021, a profound side-effect has emerged: isolation. The experience not only leaves people separated from each other through illness, social distancing and quarantining, but often leaves them, “wondering where God is,” writes Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., in his new release: “‘Behold, I Am with You Always,’ A Pastoral Letter on the Presence of God.”

Grief Services (pdf)
Greetings to all and peace to you in Jesus Christ! Our diocesan Chancellor, Terry Ginther, sent us a memorandum concerning several opportunities that are being offered in supporting parishioners who are grieving due to COVID-19. Please see the attached memo and perhaps take advantage of these opportunities by registering online.

Please note that at our Annual Mass of Remembrance which is scheduled for Monday, November 2 at 7:00 PM we will not only be remembering in a special way all those who died since last November 2nd, but also those who have died during the pandemic and were not able to have a Funeral / Memorial Mass or just want to be remembered by name.

PRAYER FOR SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
(Pope Francis) I prostrate myself at your feet, O my Jesus, and I offer you the repentance of my contrite heart, which abases itself in nothingness in Your Holy Presence. I adore you in the Sacrament of Your Love; I desire to receive You in the poor abode that my heart offers You. While waiting for the happiness of a Sacramental Communion, I want to possess You in spirit. Come to me, O my Jesus, that I may come to You. May Your Love inflame my whole being, in life and in death. I believe in You, I hope in You, I love You. Amen
