Scripture Reading Discussion with Msgr. Salemi
Want to learn more about the Sunday Scripture readings? Msgr. Salemi will be offering an Adult Education program at St. Rose as he invites parishioners to “Explore the Sunday Readings” The first meeting is Sunday, April 23 AFTER the 7:00 a.m. Mass downstairs in the Parish Center and will run no later than 8:30 pm. No reservations needed. A charge of $15.00 will be collected to cover the cost of the reading material. Everyone is invited to delve deeper into the Word of God!

Our own parishioner, past president of St. Vincent de Paul and tireless worker for the poor, was honored by the Belmar Mayor and Council. They praised her passionate dedication to serving those most vulnerable residents of our community and her honorable service to the Borough of Belmar. WE AGREE!!!

The Chaplet of the Divine Mercy 1.Begin with the Sign of the Cross, 1 Our Father, 1 Hail Mary and The Apostles Creed. 2. Then on the Our Father Beads, say the following: Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world. 3. On the 10 Hail Mary Beads say the following: For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and the whole world. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all five decades. 4. Conclude with, three times, Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, Have mercy on us and the whole world.
